With summer also comes injuries! With my oldest now pitching at baseball, his shoulder sometimes bothers him. I like to keep the Zero Degrees in the freezer, it doesn’t freeze it just gets super cold! We have already used this several times. I also tore a ligament in my ankle several months ago and it still gets sore especially being outside walking around more. I have used both of these to help relieve the pain.
