Tail Wags Helmet Covers is a company whose goal is to save lives by promoting the use of safety helmets. By creating whimsical helmet covers that fit over any type of helmet used for sporting activities, Tail Wags empowers children and adults all over the world to individualize their helmets, thereby encouraging the use of those helmets.
When I came across this site, I loved the idea of a cover for my kids helmet. My eight year old is at the stage that he thinks helmets are un-cool so getting him to wear one all the time is a challenge. And my five year old is still learning how to ride a two wheeler so he has to wear one. But he is using a hand me down helmet from his brothers so I let him pick which cover he wanted. Tail-wags offers so many to choose from, they even offer them for adults.

My son went with the Gladiator Helmet Cover. It is made from a black and gray polar fleece. Ho loves it. It was easy to put on his helmet too, it just slipped right over the helmet. I tried all three helmets we had too and it fit them all with ease! Now my older son wants one for his helmet…whatever will make him wear it!
