The Gruffalo’s Child, the sequel to The Gruffalo. In this story, which is once again told by the squirrel mother, we meet the Gruffalo’s daughter. When the Gruffalo’s daughter realizes that her dad is afraid of the Big Bad Mouse, she is curious to meet this “terribly big” and “terribly bad” animal. So she sneaks off during the night in search of the Big Bad Mouse for a big adventure.
